On September 22, ETHGlobal announced the finalists for the ETHGlobal Singapore Hackathon. As one of the TOKEN 2049 peripheral events, a total of 310 projects participated in the competition, with 10 projects ultimately standing out, including Clarity, Memora, Fill Me Up, etc., covering areas such as DeFi, wallets, NFT, and more. These projects will share a prize pool of $325,000 provided by 31 projects including Worldcoin, Uniswap, and Metamask.
This article takes you through these 10 projects.
Clarity
Clarity is a payment gateway designed to address fake reviews by implementing seamless, verifiable on-chain payments and reviews, ensuring transparency and building trust for merchants and users.
Clarity aims to ensure that all purchases and reviews are made by verified real users rather than bots through the use of payment and review proofs via the Sign Protocol, and by utilizing WorldID's stealth operations for private identity verification. Clarity enables any user to seamlessly create a smart wallet using Google via Dynamic login without needing to understand any information about wallets, transactions, or gas. Clarity also provides incentives through tokens.

Memora
Memora allows users to manage their digital footprint protected by blockchain through NFTs. Users can link various digital accounts (social media, wallet addresses, email, cloud storage) and set specific conditions for transferring, preserving, or terminating access based on life events such as death, marriage, or job changes.
With the help of AI monitoring agents, the platform can continuously track account activity and trigger automatic operations when predefined events occur. Memora allows users to store digital content and assets that can be unlocked by individuals previously set by the owner.

Fill Me Up
Fill Me Up allows users to approve funds on a single chain, and when a user's gas is insufficient on any chain, the balance will automatically be replenished using these pre-approved funds. This ensures that users only spend the least amount of money to maintain sufficient gas on all chains, eliminating the hassle of manual replenishment.
The project uses an intermediary contract where users approve funds to the contract. A service monitoring center has set the gas level of the user's funds. When the user's gas is insufficient, the service calls the intermediary contract, which transfers some funds using the approved limit to itself. Then, it exchanges the funds and bridges them to the chain with insufficient funds. Since the contract can only transfer funds to the same user address on another chain, the user can maintain complete control and security without the risk of losing assets.

Angpao Money
The Angpao.money utility can create "magical" links that allow anyone to effortlessly receive cryptocurrency.
As an entry-level solution, Angpao.money stands out for its ease of use: no additional features or installations are required, just a click on the link.
Angpao.money is powered by ENS, The Graph, Worldcoin, Reown, and Nouns Dao technologies.

Geist
Geist is a decentralized website builder for DAOs, supporting trustless zero-knowledge proof deployment, private previews, and anti-collusion voting, allowing DAOs to collaborate on a large scale and make the internet more trustless.
Based on ENS's whitelist gateway for private previews, Geist hosts website previews encrypted behind IPFS. Users need to access the gateway and use wallet signatures to gain access. With the CCIP protocol, Geist deploys a hybrid resolver that can resolve on-chain and off-chain data. The resolver will decrypt the IPFS hash in the target domain's TXT record and attach tokens to a custom gateway for authentication. If the user is on the whitelist, the UI gateway will redirect the user based on the decrypted IPFS hash.
Geist votes on website proposals through MINA and utilizes ZK proofs based on MINA for trustless deployment, creating a construction proof for each website build.

Hanseek
Hanseek is a blockchain-based video review platform designed to ensure authentic reviews, restore trust in restaurant recommendations, and reward genuine, trustworthy recommendations. Reviewers are verified using World ID to ensure that only real individuals can post reviews. The reviews are stored on Flow's blockchain to ensure transparency and prevent tampering, while Dynamic supports seamless login, allowing users to easily engage with the real world.
Users can browse short video reviews, directly book restaurants, and trust the recommendations they see. Creators are rewarded when users visit the restaurant based on their reviews, and restaurants attract more customers through verified, trustworthy feedback.

fheProxies
fheVPN (proxies) utilizes fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) to provide secure, anonymous web browsing through a decentralized proxy-as-a-service (PaaS) model. Node operators can set up proxy nodes in different regions and set prices for access. The details of these nodes are encrypted using FHE, ensuring that only authorized clients who have paid through the Fhenix network can access them. Unauthorized users are blocked by a whitelist mechanism even in the event of an IP leak. This eliminates the need for passwords, as the client's IP is encrypted and shared with the node provider to whitelist after payment. This creates a secure, anonymous browsing experience supported by blockchain.
fheVPN (proxies) integrates fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) with smart contracts through the Fhenix network to provide secure access control. The backend allows node operators to deploy proxy nodes and encrypt their details using FHE to keep sensitive data such as IP addresses confidential. Clients make payments on-chain using the ethers.js library, and their IP addresses are encrypted through the Fhenix network. This information is only visible to the node provider who whitelists the client.

SQUIDL
Squidl is a privacy-focused platform that makes payment management simpler and more secure. With private static payment links that can also be used as ENS addresses, it allows for easy acceptance of cryptocurrency or credit card payments while ensuring untraceability.
The platform offers seamless integration with various blockchain networks, including Ethereum, BSC, Morph, Linea, and Flow EVM, allowing users to accept various payment methods.
Additionally, credit card payments can be converted to USDC and bridged to BSC, ensuring convenience and privacy. Squidl also features the ability to bridge funds to the Oasis Sapphire network, where transactions are completely untraceable. Squidl's flexibility extends to asset transfers, including NFTs, soul-bound tokens, and liquidity tokens.

Nifi
Nifi is the first secure WiFi access portal based on Web3, seamlessly authorizing users through token and NFT authentication on the blockchain, ensuring fair use of digital assets.
Nifi integrates blockchain, OpenNDS, and Raspberry Pi to create a decentralized dedicated portal, authenticating users using ERC20, ERC721, and ERC1155 tokens.

Marina Royale
Marina Royale utilizes Uniswap V4 integration to enable gasless lottery functionality and is optimized for mobile devices through Telegram. Users can create lottery pools with built-in referrals and liquidity incentives.
Key features include:
- Risk-based lottery LP pool allocation
- Multiple winning scenarios based on pool size
- Uniswap V4 integration with curve-based liquidity and built-in referral system
- Pyth Network for secure, decentralized entropy generation
Unlike traditional no-loss lotteries, this project's system provides different expected values for players and liquidity providers. Players have the chance to win a large jackpot but may risk losing their principal. Liquidity providers profit from non-winning lottery tickets and benefit from the built-in referral system, potentially earning more than traditional yield-generating protocols.
