Many people in the currency circle's so-called "knowledge" often have the following three characteristics:
They only generalize the results of gains and losses without thinking about the underlying rules and principles behind the phenomena, and they tend to dwell on historical cases.
They only focus on the trend chart patterns without considering the market background and time process in their cognition.
They tend to label concepts as if there is only one development path, while ignoring the complex and diverse possibilities.
This "knowledge" will only help you remember the superficial aspects of the trend, but it will not help you understand the principles of price movement and the complex connections between multiple factors. It is relatively easy to lead to rigid thinking and stubborn operations.
The most valuable thing should be the wisdom formed after long-term practice, including information processing, subjective interpretation, small-scale trial and error, and the formation of a system. However, it is obvious that many people are only at the second or third step.
After realizing this, I am very certain that most people's wealth comes from cycles, not strength.
