Currently, Bitcoin and Ethereum are both at the bottom position, and the Bollinger Bands on the hourly chart are gradually narrowing with limited downside space. The candlesticks are slowly turning from green to red and gradually moving upwards. For evening operations, it is suggested to focus on long positions with lower risk and higher win rate, as there won't be a one-sided market activity in the short term. The trading range for Bitcoin is between 66,000 and 64,000, and for Ethereum it's between 3,400 and 3,600, which is still relatively large. Therefore, it's important to allocate positions reasonably and reserve space for additional positions.

Looking at the four-hour chart, the candlesticks have already broken through the middle track and there is still some distance to the lower track. It's more appropriate to wait for further market exploration before entering the market. The best entry point for Ethereum is around 3,400, and for Bitcoin it's around 64,000. These two positions are better for long positions. Although there has been some rebound in the short-term chart, the amplitude will not be significant. We can wait for a better opportunity to operate. The specific strategy is as follows:

Long position for Bitcoin at 64,200-64,500, with a target of 65,500-66,000 for profit taking. You can exit at 63,800 and add positions.

Long position for Ethereum at 3,450-3,480, with a target of 3,530-3,580 for profit taking. You can exit at 3,420 and add positions.
