@nebrazkp lets zk apps bundle many proofs for cheaper verification, they claim to support ~10 proofs/second on testnet. Their prover is centralized for now but aims to be permissionless later.

They have a force inclusion mechanism akin to existing L2's escape hatches. If a prover censors or delays a proof, the zk app can bypass the prover and enforce proof settlement on L1.
