Hong Kong - April 30, 2024 - Bosera Fund (International) Limited ("Bosera International") and HashKey Capital Limited announced that Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF and Bosera HashKey Ethereum ETF have been officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX), with Bosera International as the fund manager and HashKey Capital Limited as the deputy fund manager. It is reported that these will be the first batch of Bitcoin and Ethereum spot ETFs in Asia, with the stock codes BTC: 3008.HK (HKD); 9008.HK (USD) and ETH: 3009.HK (HKD); 9009.HK (USD) successfully listed on HKEX.
The highlights of the two ETFs include the introduction of the world's first "coin holding" subscription and redemption mechanism, which allows investors to directly use Bitcoin and Ethereum to subscribe for ETF shares. Investors can directly hold Bitcoin and Ethereum to subscribe for ETF shares, support cash redemption, and also support Bitcoin and Ethereum redemption for cash subscription of ETF shares. This innovative coin holding subscription and redemption mechanism helps investors achieve two-way circulation of virtual assets and traditional assets.
In addition, the two ETFs respectively track the CME CF Bitcoin Asia Pacific Reference Rate and the CME CF Ethereum USD Asia Pacific Reference Rate.

Bosera HashKey Bitcoin ETF and Bosera HashKey Ethereum ETF are now listed and trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
