Recently, several projects that retail investors had high expectations for experienced significant pullbacks after their Token Generation Events (TGE). One major reason for this is that many speculators failed to assess the situation accurately, assuming that every project would have generous airdrops just like Jto.

Jto is a phenomenon and cannot be replicated. Before the Sol Airdrop hype, it did not engage in any hype or promotion. Coupled with the high valuation of leading LSPs and the continuous addition of liquidity, holding Jto at its recent peak meant tens of thousands of dollars in profit.

However, the overall valuation capacity of Sol projects is limited. In such a large market with numerous projects and farmers, the return on investment and risk-reward ratio for individual projects will significantly decrease.

So what should be done?

Look for projects with external spillover effects, with narratives not limited to Sol. For example, the recent Wormhole project definitely liberated a group of people.
