There is a problem, how to inform family members about the location of assets?

In March, there was a goal that was quite heavy, which made me reluctant to start. Yesterday, feeling good and with the end of the month approaching, I forced myself to sort out my assets, which is actually like writing a will.

That is, 🌟 there is a real problem, can family members find out where the assets are located based on my description, and what debts I have.

It's quite difficult. With the development of web3, more and more projects require interaction and long-term interaction. I didn't realize how many assets I had until I checked, and I was shocked to find out that they are scattered in too many places:

For example, funds that have been invested, private placements that have been invested, if I don't say it, if I really have a problem, @Hua Mulan definitely wouldn't know.

And also, there are too many projects involving interaction, staking, and lockups… I have forgotten the quantity of my own involvement, and it becomes even more so over time. I may have forgotten what I participated in.

Inspiration 💡:

a. Assets still need to be sorted out, as much as possible, don't be too scattered. If you don't have the habit of recording and sorting, you may have forgotten what assets you have. Furthermore, in a bull market, you may not be able to find them when you want to sell.

Try to consolidate the assets into liquid assets. For example, I sold eths, and it took a whole day and still didn't sell.

b. As much as possible, go through the process with family members. That is, the will I wrote, can my family understand it and find the location of these assets?

If there are reliable friends, just let the family know the location, unlocking and withdrawing can be assisted by friends.

c. Finally, it gave me a thought-provoking inspiration. If something happens to me, my family's ability to earn money will be greatly reduced. How should my family handle the assets I left behind?

My answer is:

Sell all web3 assets for Bitcoin, divide it into 3 parts, keep 1 part in a wallet and don't touch it unless absolutely necessary, give 1 part to friend A, and 1 part to friend B, let them help to do new arbitrage, and the monthly earnings can be used as living expenses.

The topic of "if something happens to me suddenly" is quite ominous, but it still needs to be considered in advance, because I have really seen friends encounter this problem, and their family members really don't know anything. It's like working for nothing, isn't it?
