Bitcoin Technical Analysis——

On the daily chart, Bitcoin started an upward trend during the holiday, and after breaking through the upper track, the market touched around 28600 yesterday, retracing and closing with a shadow above, continuing to return to the Bollinger band range. The Bollinger band is still in a flat state, the short-term moving average is slightly turning, the MACD fast and slow lines broke through the 0 axis and extended upwards, the volume column turned from expansion to contraction, and the KDJ was resisted near the 100 value and turned downwards. The VR index is consolidating near the 140 value. On the 4-hour chart, the market stretched and quickly retraced, the Bollinger band started to narrow despite the upward trend, the short-term moving average moved downwards, and the short-term support below is around the middle track and the 30-day moving average. The MACD fast and slow lines crossed at a high level and turned downwards, with the volume column turning green, and the KDJ extending downwards, paying attention to the support near the 0 value. The VR index is consolidating near the 80 value. Overall, although the indicators continue to lean towards the bullish side, the daily chart closed with a shadow above, and technically, the market needs time and space to break through the previous high. There is a greater probability of oscillation and retracement adjustment. The market needs to stabilize around 28200 before the bulls can continue to exert force and continue. In the short term, I personally prefer oscillation and retracement to the support of the daily middle track and the 7-day moving average.
