MEXC’s $30 Million IgniteX Program Aims to Shape the Future of Web3 Through Education and Startups
MEXC Ventures, the investment arm of crypto exchange MEXC, has unveiled IgniteX, a $30 million initiative designed to fuel innovation and cultivate talent within the Web3 space. Spanning five years, the program will fund education, research, and early-stage blockchain projects as part of the company’s broader Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy.
IgniteX will focus on supporting emerging developers, researchers, and startups in areas such as AI-integrated blockchain solutions, stablecoins, and decentralized infrastructure. It kicks off with a partnership with Korea University’s Blockchain Research Institute, paving the way for further academic collaborations.
The program will provide scholarships, mentorship, and hands-on training through global hackathons and developer events. MEXC also plans to back promising projects with strategic funding to strengthen blockchain ecosystems globally.
By targeting universities, developer communities, and early-stage ventures, MEXC aims to create a launchpad for Web3 talent and technology. The initiative positions MEXC not only as an exchange but also as a key contributor to blockchain’s global growth and accessibility.
