According to the announcement shared with Bitcoin.com News, the new Teraflux AH3880 operates at 600 terahash per second (TH/s) with an energy efficiency ratio of 14.5 joules per terahash (J/T) in standard mode. Its closed-loop hydro-cooling system uses water to transfer heat from ASIC chips, aiming to extend hardware lifespan and reduce power consumption.

The design addresses concerns over reliance on overseas hardware and rising energy expenses in bitcoin mining. Auradine CEO Rajiv Khemani stated the technology reflects the company’s focus on innovation, emphasizing efficiency and scalability for mining operations. Terryl Zerby, chairman of Global X Digital, noted the miner aligns with their goal to advance operational performance, praising Auradine’s U.S.-based support and technical upgrades.
Key features include Energytune, which adjusts energy use based on grid demand, and SMART hashboard technology to minimize downtime. A three-phase power supply aims to lower long-term costs and prevent outages, while flexible power management allows scaling from 1,800 watts to 10 kilowatts. An integrated OLED screen provides real-time metrics, and liquid leak detection enhances safety.
The miner targets facilities seeking to co-locate bitcoin mining and artificial intelligence (AI) data centers using liquid cooling. Auradine, reporting over $150 million in annual revenue, explained that it has expanded its manufacturing capacity to meet growing demand.
