The most recent global crypto survey organized by Binance has offered insight into the current state of the market. The survey, which polled nearly 28,000 users, shows that 23.89% believe that artificial intelligence (AI) tokens will gain traction and lead the market this upcoming year. Nearly 20% of the responders expect governments to enact more regulations in 2025, while 16.1% expect traditional finance institutions and investors to swoop into the crypto field. The survey also found that the crypto market is still in its nascent stages, with 45% of the respondents entering the digital assets industry this same year (2024). This evidences that the recent crypto buzz derived from heavy price appreciation has moved retail to know and trade digital currency for the first time.
