Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, pleaded guilty to criminal charges against the United States in 2023. At present, the company is providing advice to several countries on formulating domestic digital asset regulatory regulations and establishing national strategic Bitcoin reserves. The CEO of the company, Richard Teng, stated that the United States' more cryptocurrency friendly approach under Trump's leadership, including plans to establish a digital asset regulatory framework and national reserves, is prompting other countries to take similar actions. He added that "many countries have approached the company" to "help them develop regulatory frameworks for managing cryptocurrencies". He refused to disclose the countries where the company is cooperating. (Sina Finance)
