SEC ends investigation into NFT project CyberKongz

On April 16th, according to TheBlock, NFT project CyberKongz announced that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has concluded its investigation into it. Yesterday, CyberKongz confirmed on the X platform that the SEC's investigation has officially ended and revealed that it will launch a "rebranding" plan. CyberKongz stated that the SEC's enforcement team has raised a very concerning argument that tokens (ERC-20) cannot be combined with blockchain games without registering them as securities.
