Today I delivered the keynote address at the Outsource to Jamaica 2025 conference at the Montego Bay Convention Centre. It good to see the number of innovative businesses our local talent on display. From digital services to customer experience solutions, our local businesses are proving that Jamaica is not just participating in the global economy, we’re helping to shape it. I spoke about the transformation taking place across our island, our record-low unemployment rate, and the critical role this industry plays in creating sustainable jobs and opportunities for our people. Jamaica is on the move, and the world is taking notice.
