3 things you need to succeed in this space long term: 1. The ability to look at a chart and identify areas of interest with low risk/reward opportunities. 2. The patience to avoid the noise on CT and wait for weeks (or even months) until you get the opportunity you planned for (and if you don't, to be OK with that). 3. The balls to actually execute when your area of interest is met, which is usually at a time when most everyone else is freaking out and/or too scared to act.
