Odaily Planet Daily reported that Tether spent $735 million in the first quarter of 2025 to purchase 8888 BTC, increasing its total Bitcoin holdings to 92647, with a current valuation of approximately $7.8 billion. Since May 2023, Tether has maintained a strategy of investing 15% of its profits in BTC as a reserve asset every quarter.
