Elon Musk's xAI acquires X platform through all stock trading

According to BlockBeats, on March 29th, Musk announced that xAI had acquired X in an all stock transaction. This transaction values xAI at $80 billion and X at $33 billion (i.e. $45 billion minus $12 billion in debt). (Golden Ten)
