Bloomberg learned today from insiders that Changhe will sell the port to BlackRock as originally planned. According to informed sources, although the Beijing government expressed dissatisfaction with the transaction, negotiations between Changhe and BlackRock Group have not been disrupted and the agreement is still planned to be signed before April 2nd according to the original schedule.
