Wu said that according to Bitcoin Laws, the Oklahoma House of Representatives passed the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act (HB 1203) with 77 votes in favor and 15 votes against. Oklahoma thus joined Texas, Arizona, and Utah, becoming one of the few states to pass the Bitcoin Reserve Act. The bill still needs to be reviewed by the Senate.
