The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission has formulated a new roadmap to promote Hong Kong's development as a global virtual asset center

Golden Finance reported that the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission released a newly formulated "ASPIRe" roadmap today, listing 12 major measures under the five pillars to strengthen the security, innovation, and growth of the Hong Kong virtual asset market. The five pillars of the ASPIRe roadmap are Access, Safeguards, Products, Infrastructure, and Relationships (see attachment). These measures will promote global liquidity access, achieve security based adaptive compliance and product frameworks, and drive the upgrading of traditional financial infrastructure using the performance of blockchain technology.
