In recent days, everyone can see that @ cz-binance and @ heyibintance are engaged in high-intensity spamming, responding quickly to various controversies and interacting with everyone.
As an ordinary person in the Web3 industry, I can only say that I have a great respect for the two big shots communicating and interacting on the front line.
An additional suggestion, hoping to provide some assistance:
The content posted on public platforms like Twitter can easily be polarized - if it's not vigorously praising and saying good things to get a response, it could be negative and baseless fud, criticism, or even insults. Because extreme emotional content is the easiest to gain traffic and engagement on public social media platforms.
This will lead to the most direct problem: most of the feedback you receive directly is very polarized and carries various emotions, making it difficult to have a rational and objective evaluation of Binance or BNB Chain in places like CT.
When there was extreme negative public opinion before, Sister Yi even personally spent 6 hours in space to communicate with all personnel, which was very difficult and courageous. But after the end of Space, the majority of users' feedback was actually that there were not many valuable discussions or constructive opinions, except for letting everyone know that those project parties did have significant problems.
So is there a more efficient and meaningful way for Second Foreign Languages to communicate with the community?
My personal suggestion is to regularly select topics, invite or open registration, and hold small "closed door" online communication meetings.
1. The background of the participants should be diverse, including internal members of Binance, Binance related project teams, relevant topic KOLs, senior personnel who have no direct interest in Binance, and ordinary users who have a deep understanding of the relevant topics verified through the registration form.
2. Operations personnel should collect in advance the concerns of all personnel, and each attending member also needs to prepare core viewpoints, argumentation data, and materials in advance.
3. Use the most efficient process management to guide the meeting and facilitate each participating member to express their own opinions.
4. Take good meeting minutes, and after the meeting, select some of the discussion topics and the subsequent optimization plans generated from them to publish as results and a communication channel for the entire community.
The core goal of all the above suggestions is to help the two of you build a more efficient and objective communication mode. And many issues should not only be communicated with the community after extreme public opinion situations arise. Before that, there is actually ample time to optimize the team's work direction through objective feedback from the community.
The above suggestions actually apply to the management of all other top trading platforms and project parties in the cryptocurrency industry. If you limit your daily communication to Twitter, your own team, or your own interest circle, you may never realize that your PM does not have a deep understanding of similar products, your BD emotional intelligence is low and you neglect to promote the needs of other potential partners, and you do not have time to try the latest innovations in the industry and miss the opportunity to lay out the next big industry narrative in advance.
Finally, it is hoped that there will be more rational communication and valuable suggestions on CT, and less unfounded accusations and accusations for various purposes. Only in this way can the entire industry make better progress.
