Sen: Republican control of Senate would benefit digital assets, says Sen. Lummis

A U.S. Senate flip from Democrat to Republican-controlled in the upcoming elections would bode well for digital assets, said Republican Sen. Cynthia Lummis in an interview with CNBC on Friday morning.Lummis pointed to crypto-friendly Republican Sen. Tim Scott taking the helm of the Senate Banking Committee, which Democrat Sen. Sherrod Brown currently chairs. Brown is less friendly to the industry.
