Previously, I criticized those involved in OTC incubation; you can check my earlier posts. After my criticism, a client who had successfully withdrawn funds contacted me, saying that their OTC incubation was not a scam and that they delivered results.

I initially didn't want to engage with him, but upon seeing the notes, he had withdrawn over a million, which made me even more skeptical. Truly impressive, still withdrawing funds here?

I listened to him talk a lot and even communicated over the phone. After our conversation, I realized that "prejudice in people's hearts is a mountain." I apologize for my rashness.

Now, let me explain:

First, to start: a deposit of 5000U and an amount of no less than 3000U, plus their tuition fee of 100,000 RMB. The total cost is about 160,000.

Platform positioning: second-tier exchanges, small amounts.

User positioning: users of second-tier exchanges.

First, their delivered OTC:

Step 1:

Require students to forcibly open an individual business license, suitable for businesses like mobile phone stores or educational training, to solve the cash flow issue.

Step 2:

Teach students to become OTC merchants, instructing them on the basic processes, how much money to handle, how to view cash flow, etc. (For those interested, please check my Twitter from two years ago; I have provided free teaching for everyone.)

At this point, I became a bit impatient and said, "But this still doesn't solve the issue of dirty money, right? What if your students don't earn back their tuition and end up in trouble?"

He directly told me, as I mentioned before, not to deal with clients over 3000.

I continued to explain that isn't that the same as scamming?

(Here I clearly understood that if he continued with this approach, the profit would be around 10,000 a month, with a tuition fee of 100,000, meaning it would take 10 months to break even, not counting labor costs, and the bank card might not last for 10 months, which is why I have always criticized OTC incubation.)

He said: "OTC cancellation is now exempt from liability."

What if we use OTC for traffic attraction? To continue incubation?

I thought: this fool is creating a cycle of traps; doesn't that mean everyone is making money from incubation? I didn't want to engage with him anymore.

Do you know why I positioned myself in second-tier exchanges? Because most people here are trading contracts, dealing with contract fees.

(Exchanges do not allow agents to poach old clients, and there are certain trading volume requirements, which I am aware of. I asked him how to solve this issue.)

He replied: "Just become a small agent for 10 large communities."

This statement was enlightening; I can sell 1 million in a single transaction, and in 10 days, I can sell to 100 clients. If I make 100 transactions without success, I still have 100 WeChat contacts of clients worth 1 million. About 30 of them trade contracts, and at least 3 of them said I persuaded them to connect.

Every month, that’s about 100,000 in income. The more accounts I have (I roughly understand all the business logic and profits in the crypto space; I can calculate it easily).

In the end, he made me interested; he directly offered me a 90% discount, 10,000 RMB. Although I somewhat understood the logic, I still arranged for someone to learn. The main reason for paying this 10,000 is that it belongs to my knowledge payment, allowing me to write this.

With his consent, he said his client base is not on Twitter and that I could write about it.
