In terms of operations, Liang Qiu suggests taking profits on short positions and entering long positions on pullbacks. Enter long positions for Bitcoin around 83800 to 84300, targeting near 86500; for Ethereum, enter long positions around 1580 to 1600, targeting near 1670.
