The holidays are approaching, and the Bitcoin bull market is in full swing. Therefore, it is not surprising that some Web3 companies plan to host large celebrations.
From live events across the United States to celebrations in the metaverse, here are the must-attend cryptocurrency parties this holiday season.
The Atlanta Blockchain Center will host a holiday gathering for the Web3 community in A-Town this year.
The event will take place on December 19 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM Eastern Time at the Atlanta Blockchain Center. The celebration will include networking, mini-games, and special Bitcoin (BTC) giveaways.
Marlon Williams, founder of the Atlanta Blockchain Center and Starter Labs, told Cointelegraph that the event will feature a Bitcoin giveaway worth $500, as well as a chance to win a "Trump Cryptocurrency Presidential Limited Edition Sneakers" valued at $1,000.

Williams added that events hosted by the Atlanta Blockchain Center typically attract 50 to 150 attendees. However, given the festive nature of the gathering and the bullish trend in the cryptocurrency market, Williams expects a large turnout this year.
He added, "These gatherings are also platforms for knowledge exchange, mentorship, and building professional relationships and friendships, thereby strengthening community cohesion and enhancing collective knowledge."

Bitcoin bull and MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor may host a New Year's party at his Miami mansion this year.
Saylor announced last month on CNBC that he plans to throw a "$100,000 Bitcoin party" at his house on New Year's Eve.
Related reports: MicroStrategy acquires 15,300 Bitcoin for $1.5 billion, holding a total of 439,000 Bitcoin
"He told CNN in November, 'I'm planning a $100,000 Bitcoin party, and I think it might be at my house on New Year's Eve, so I would be surprised if we don't complete a $100,000 transaction in November or December.'"
The guest list for the event may not be public, but cryptocurrency enthusiasts have already posted on social media platform X, hoping to receive an invitation.
If Saylor gets his wish, it could very well become the cryptocurrency event of the year.

This year, many cities will host in-person cryptocurrency holiday gatherings, and celebrations in the metaverse will also be very popular.
Decentralized metaverse platforms like The Sandbox and Decentraland can even facilitate more genuine online connections while providing users with fun ways to participate in events online.
Sebastien Borget, co-founder of The Sandbox, told Cointelegraph that from December 18 to January 31, The Sandbox will host its third "Season's Greetings." He said this year's "Season's Greetings" will feature 20 games from brands like "The Smurfs" and "I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!" Players can earn a share of a 300,000 SAND reward pool by completing tasks, as well as a mystery box filled with exclusive prizes.
Borget added that the Sandbox games will host a virtual New Year's Eve party from December 31 to January 2, 2025, at the vibrant XYZ Club.
"Borget added, 'Players will be able to complete tasks that count towards the Season's Greetings event and enjoy music from special guest DJs, among other things.'"
