High wages are a hard constraint; without a depreciation of the dollar by more than 50%, it cannot be resolved.
The system can be modified, and I actually believe that Trump can achieve this (as I've always been optimistic about Trump 😄).
Another aspect is the company's valuation system. A typical example is GE's shift from real to virtual; why? Because virtual economies have better valuations, while heavy assets are overlooked in the capital market. However, you cannot change Wall Street's preferences; this can only be partially borne by the state, including support or tax reductions.
All of the above policies require continuity, meaning that Trump needs to serve at least one more term.
Achieving all of this? It's a bit difficult. 😄
