I just came across two news articles. Goldman Sachs has lowered its target for the S&P 500 at the end of 2025 from 6,600 points to 6,200 points, while Barclays has also reduced its year-end target for the S&P from 6,600 points to 5,900 points. The main factors are concerns about U.S. inflation leading to Federal Reserve monetary policy and economic trends.
Interestingly, the S&P 500 is currently below 5,800 points. Even according to Barclays, there is still potential for the S&P to rise, and the historical high for the S&P is 6,166.5 points on February 19, 2025.
If the S&P can break through to a new high, it is likely that Bitcoin will also have an opportunity. However, it is important to note that the final target is at the end of the year, and there is a possibility that a rate cut at year-end could stimulate an increase in investors' risk appetite.
