In the 4-hour chart, the fast and slow lines have once again formed a death cross as desired, with volume continuing to increase below the 0 axis. The K-line has followed the lower track to the MA30 position and is currently testing a downward breakout repeatedly. Once it breaks, the next support point will be at the MA120 position. It can be seen that yesterday the MA60 and the middle track area have already formed a suppression, and this area can continue to serve as a high short position point for short-term rebounds.

In the 1-hour chart, the Bollinger Bands downward channel has formed, with the upper track continuing to compress downward, forming top pressure with MA60 and MA30, which aligns with the 4-hour middle track and can serve as strong resistance. This can be used as an entry point for high shorts during today's rebound. The lower track continues to probe the MA120 position, and the MACD is still expanding below the 0 axis, remaining relatively balanced. After the death cross, it continues to open up. Although the volume is not very strong and the gap is not very wide, the bearish trend is steadily continuing and is expected to persist. The 3920-3960 range short positions can be reduced at the current low point of the fluctuation and held; if it breaks down, it can continue to add, and if it goes up, it can also add. It’s advisable to take some profits first. Lihui does not recommend exiting completely. Since the high point of this week has already been reached, we should continue to look forward to next week's trend. After taking profits and reducing positions, the stop-loss can be set slightly above the opening price.
