Hong Kong, December 11, 2024 — Hashkey Exchange, Hong Kong's largest licensed virtual asset exchange, has reached a strategic cooperation with Virtual Seed Global Asset Management Limited (VSG) to jointly promote the future development of the Victory VSG Virtual Asset Multi-Strategy Fund (Fund Code: BRT103, referred to as the Fund), which will be Hong Kong's first virtual asset multi-strategy fund accepting stablecoin deposits.
The Fund can provide trading services for dozens of virtual assets, including BTC and ETH, through Victory Securities and based on the institutional-grade comprehensive services provided by HashKey Pro. It will complete user asset custody, trading, and clearing on HashKey Exchange through a professional Omnibus solution and financial API, achieving a professional and reliable virtual asset trading function.
As Hong Kong's first virtual asset multi-strategy fund accepting stablecoin deposits, investors can not only use Hong Kong dollars and US dollars but also USDT and USDC for fund subscriptions and redemptions. All transactions of the funds after subscription and redemption will be conducted on Hashkey Exchange. The Fund will focus on investments in virtual assets, including the top thirty cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, employing various investment strategies to ensure compliance and adhere to relevant laws and regulations. The Fund was registered with the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on October 8 and was publicly announced on the SFC website on November 2.
