Lido, like many DAOs, face voter apathy leading to governance attacks, and voting concentration among a few addresses.

To address this, Lido DAO launched incentivized delegation to decentralize governance and create opportunities for individuals like me.

Why me?

I believe in a decentralized future, but current crypto is plagued by short-term gains over core DeFi values.

DAO decisions are dominated by few addresses that discourage participation.

We need to align incentives to encourage broader involvement.

My focus is on putting the community at the center of DAOs.

I know, I know. It sounds populistic but it's true.

Without true community input, DAOs risk becoming like Web2 companies that we seek to replace.

I will push for initiatives like revenue sharing to align token holders with the protocol and ensure long-term health.
