大道至简，体育比赛里很多经验和经历都可以借鉴和运用到生活或工作中。比如在快节奏的加密行业，讲求社区共识，那么什么是共识呢? 我对共识的理解，正如篮球比赛里的攻防转化，我认为需要简单、直接、高效——如果你是一个创业者，那么需要清晰、直接表达自己想要做的事，并且体现出高效的行动力和执行力，如果有人认同你的愿景和行动，那么会通过付出钱或付出时间的方式参与进来，这就是共识。所以，共识最不需要的就是套路或花式语言技巧，简单、直接、高效的表达和行动就是塑造共识最快捷的路径。

Recently, I watched Game 6 of the @LAClippers vs @dallasmavs series. Although I am a fan of @PodcastPShow @JHarden13 @russwest44 @kawhileonard, the Dallas Mavericks ultimately won the game. Why did the Mavericks win? In my opinion, there are two core reasons:

1⃣Youth. Youth is capital - this is a simple fact in sports.

2⃣Quick transition from offense to defense. When the opponent's shots are missed, they rapidly transition to attack, either driving hard to the basket or taking an open three-pointer. Simple, direct, and efficient.

The essence is simplicity. Many experiences from sports can be applied to life or work.

For example, in the fast-paced crypto industry where community consensus is valued, what is consensus? In my understanding, just like the offensive-defensive transition in basketball, consensus requires being simple, direct, and efficient.

If you are an entrepreneur, you need to clearly and directly express what you want to do, and take efficient action and execution. If people agree with your vision and actions, they will participate by contributing money or time - that is consensus.

So what consensus needs is not tricks or language skills. Simple, direct and efficient expression and action is the fastest path to building consensus.
